- 4 cups of milk
- 3 tablespoons of baking powder
First and foremost, you should heat up the milk and pour it into a basin and add the baking powder. Then, stir well the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. Make sure the mixture is warm when you use it. Next, put your feet into the basin. You should soak them for 10 minutes and relax. Then, rinse your feet using warm water. Finally, pat the feet dry and apply a moisturizer, or coconut oil. Repeat this treatment on a daily basis until your feet become smooth. Afterward, perform this treatment once or twice a week.
